We study the variation of the gain and the differential gain for a quantum well laser based on the CdZnTe alloys. We calculate theoretically the optical gain of CdZnTe based quantum well laser, as function of the alloys composition for various values of carrier’s densities. Our study is based on the parabolic model with the intraband relaxation taken into account. Finally, we investigate how the composition alloys affects the differential gain of quantum well lasers.  相似文献

A simple “chimney” method was used to eliminate the voids in an arrangement of quantum dots sized 2 nm on a solid substrate, which resulted in a large well ordered superlattice of area in the order more than 1 μm2. Based on the principle of speeding up the interparticle interaction of nanoparticles to overcome the particle-substrate one, a lateral centripetal force originated from a glass tube acting as a chimney in a simple evaporation device is imposed. This method allows the packing process to be controlled in a mechanical force field, that is, with the same nanogold dispersion different patterns on a substrate—from separate dots to an ordered compact monolayer or even a multilayer structure—could be easily obtained.  相似文献

Iron-doped Pr2Ni0.8Cu0.2O4 was studied as a new mixed electronic and oxide-ionic conductor for use as an oxygen-permeating membrane. An X-ray diffraction analysis suggested that a single phase K2NiF4-type structure was obtained in the composition range from x = 0 to 0.05 in Pr2Ni0.8  xCu0.2FexO4. It is considered that the doped Fe is partially substituted at the Ni position in Pr2NiO4. The prepared Pr2NiO4-based oxide exhibited a dominant hole conduction in the PO2 range from 1 to 10 21 atm. The electrical conductivity of Pr2Ni0.8−xCu0.2FexO4 is as high as 102 S cm 1 in the temperature range of 873–1223 K and it gradually decreased with the increasing amount of Fe substituted for Ni. The oxygen permeation rate was significantly enhanced by the Fe doping and it was found that the highest oxygen permeation rate (60 μmol min 1 cm 2) from air to He was achieved for x = 0.05 in Pr2Ni0.8  xCu0.2FexO4. Since the chemical stability of the Pr2NiO4-based oxide is high, Pr2Ni0.75Cu0.2Fe0.05O4 can be used as the oxygen-separating membrane for the partial oxidation of CH4. It was observed that the oxygen permeation rate was significantly improved by changing from He to CH4 and the observed permeation rate reached a value of 225 μmol min 1 cm 2 at 1273 K for the CH4 partial oxidation.  相似文献

采用毛细管区带电泳紫外检测法(CZE-UV)同时测定中药莲须中槲皮素、木犀草素、山萘酚、异槲皮甙4种有效成分.研究了缓冲溶液的离子浓度、pH值和电压对分离度和迁移时间的影响,得到了最佳分离实验条件.在离子浓度为40 mmol/L Na2B4O7缓冲溶液(pH 9.0)中,分离电压为16 kV,波长为254 nm时,槲皮素、木犀草素、山萘酚、异槲皮甙4种物质在10 min内得到了良好的分离测定,其检出限分别为5.0、6.7、4.5和6.0 mg/L.本方法应用于实际样品的测定,结果令人满意.  相似文献

The self-assembly of the CdII ion, hexamethylenetetramine (hmt) and malonate ligand yields a three-dimensional (3D) coordination polymer [Cd2(C3H2O4)2(H2O)2( 2-hmt)] n with channels. The CdII ion is located in a octahedral coordination environment, composed of four oxygen atoms from three malonates, one oxygen atom of water and one nitrogen atom of hmt. Two oxygen atoms of each malonate coordinate to the same CdII ion and the other two oxygen atoms connect to adjacent two CdII ions respectively to form a two-dimensional infinite network, these networks are bridged by 2-hmt coordinated to CdII ions to product a 3D architecture.  相似文献

a, a'-Bis(substituted benzylidene)cycloalkanones were efficiently prepared from cycloalkanones and benzaldehydes in [bmim][BF4] by using iron(III) chloride hexahydrate as a catalyst. It is shown that [bmim][BF4] and iron(III) chloride hexahydrate can be quantitatively recovered and be reused effectively for many times. Compared with the known methods, this novel process has the advantage of being an envkonmentally benign process together with good yields and mild reaction conditions.  相似文献
